Allow secret Sidebar Blocks

I'd love to be able to add info to the sidebar blocks, that my players won't be able to see. So, marking a sidebar block as a secret would be pretty neat.

Love this. Especially hiding the Tags block would be great. Cause i'm using tags to organise my world. And sometimse the tags can spoiler players

This would be a huge improvement. I currently use the side bar for things like NPC hitpoint pool and quick attacks. If I share the NPCs page, the players can see the sidebar ATM.
