When I click on a link to a LK page AND the user is not logged in AND the page is already made public, it should default to public view instead with maybe a little box that prompts them to log in.

The thought here is that if someone has access to a page link, it is safe to say that they should have access to the public worlds version as well.

The use case here is that if you posted a link somewhere and you just wanted to take a quick look, you could do it without logging in. Very handy especially for lazy players and it saves me from having to post links twice.
