I do tend to put a lot of additional information or links to other parts of my LK into the side bar, and if you're working with a long page that has a Table of Contents, you scroll past all the sidebar information. I wish it stayed in one place and had a scroll feature, as opposed to moving with the page itself.

To add to this, I think it would also be nice to be able to pin one section of a layout so that it is always showing independent of page scroll. For example, I have a page with a list of potential governance systems for settlements/nations. When hovering over the link I can interact with the Table of Contents on the left side to jump to an entry I want to view. However if I click an entry far down on the page, that table of contents disappears because it gets scrolled along with page contents. In addition to having the sidebar independently scrollable for ToC stuff, I would love something that lets me have the table of contents pinned in a hover preview as well. That way I can click around and look at things on pages from a simple hover view as needed.

Perhaps instead this would be best as some sort of sidebar integration with hover preview, or a way to have independently scrollable sections on a page. Not sure on best implementation but I just want to be able to jump to part of a page in hover without having to scroll up to jump to another part next.

Visually the left sidebar (project browser) and right sidebar are represented the same. Because of this I expect them to behave the same. Perhaps if the project browser was elevated using shadows it would be more visually clear it's a separate element.

Something along the same lines, it would kind of be awesome to be able to Pin an element of the sidebar, so it stays visible all the time (a ToC for example)
