Nearly every city in my setting has an interactive map where I can put down pins that link to the various shops/places of interest/plot points (whatever). Unfortunately, this always has to be a tab on the page, rather than placing it in the sidebar as a block where it can also serve as a visual reference whenever I pull up that city's page.

Even if the block preview version didn't show the pins, that would be sufficient. If I want to see / interact with the pins I'd never want to do it from the sidebar itself, I would click on the "Interactive Map" sidebar block and expect to see the UX I presently see when I look at an "Interactive Map Tab"
