There's no way to get a link to the public view of a page from the Editor side, making one have to navigate to it if they need to send a link to someone.

I'd love this!

A use case for me would actually be easily sharing links to my VTT of choice where I can link websites as notes to objects. That way you could do all your work in LegendKeeper and quickly quicklink in the VTT with location notes, character details, room descriptions, etc.
