Some input for an eventual map refactoring

Instead of having to put the legend on the map itself, give me the ability to put a map legend directly into Legendkeeper that I can access irregardless of current zoom level or where I am on the map (or even if I am on a different map layer maybe).

Could have some cool additional features as well. Clicking on an entry could take me there on the map, or could even light up the pin (or the region if that ever becomes a thing), maybe hover can show me a preview of the article, etc.
