The current "Mentioned In" block is a bit of a hack. It searches the current article name and then lists the results of the search. This is not like a true backlinks system, which keeps an accurate catalog of backlinks.

"Mentioned In" gets even weaker as new QoL updates are introduced, like article aliasing.

Implement a proper backlink index that uses the actual article content, rather than using the search engine heuristic. A proper index could also be used later to render a link graph, like in Obsidian or Logseq or Nuclino.
