So long as you've recently logged into your account on a device while it is online (presumably so it can establish a cache file) you can already work offline.
I just checked on my phone and it works with that too!

Anto | Icarus Games, yes, but what about situation, where for 2 days you are offline? This is where offline app, like Obsidian does it, is a great alternative.

Piotr as far as I know, thought I could be wrong, if you were offline for 2 days you could just keep working on LK as normal and it'll all sync up whenever you eventually get back online. I don't know the technical specifics of how things are stored offline and for how long, but I know I've seen a lot of mention of LK being offline-first.

Anto | Icarus Games, but it is not only server-dependent. It can be also an issue with the browser, that might loose the cache. That is why such solution is by default not sustainable and not guaranteed to work. Whereas offline app adds that extra layer of protection that your data will not disappear.

Piotr I complete agree! I would prefer, and would love to have a dedicated offline app, but for those times where I NEED offline access, it's almost always limited to something like your above example, travelling on a plane or train, and I would have internet access again within a day, so loss of chase shouldn't be too much of a problem.
It's not a perfect solution by any means, but functionally for most folks in the way they would actually use limited offline use, what we have already works well enough.
