In the world of AI, particularly Hermes and OpenClaw and its like, I think more and more of us are going to be using agents for all sorts of tasks. I already rely heavily on LLMs for prep. I love LK, but I also use my agent extensively. For this reason, I'm considering switching to Obsidian because my agents can read and update it very easily.
If you could expose an API that my agent could connect to and manipulate my content, then I would get the more powerful and tuned LK engine and still be able to utilize my agent. Best of all worlds.
All this to say, I would love the API bumped up in your consideration.

Rather than just connect LK to APIs, allowing us to integrate LK with those specific tools, I would love if LK had some sort of API itself that we could take advantage of. Really unsure how that would work because as I understand it, LK is coded in js and run locally on your browser, but if I could send data to LK somehow through an API exposed on my localhost, and use it to just cram a bunch of generated NPC data and have it make the pages for me, that would be AMAZING. Anything that lets me auto create custom, repetitive stuff for world building purposes.
