Current Behavior:

• 0 links: the block displays "click to add (or drag from sidebar)"

• 1+ links: the linked item is listed, button to add additional items is removed

Problem:

• While it is possible to right-click or drag-and-drop to add more links, this behavior is not obvious.

Suggested / Desired Behavior:

• When rendering 1+ items, display a ➕ icon to the top-right (across from Links) to continue adding links
