Turn Tabs to Pages and vice versa

Give me the ability to take Tabs and just move them to the left sidebar as their own page and also do the reverse

Guessing this is planned from what I remember, but couldn't find it

The ability to duplicate tabs like you can duplicate pages would also be really handy. Since this seems like a tab rework I feel like adding the ability to dupe tabs would be something that could slide into LK as part of the same update. There is a suggestion for this here but it has not been marked as planned yet:
