UI Theming - Add Color Customization!

Akin to what's in campfire, allowing customization of the UI to match the theme of your campaign.
I really love how campfire does it:
- The user selects a palate of 5 colors used throughout the UI for backgrounds and the like.
- The user then selects 5 more colors for text/icons that has to be shown on those backgrounds/buttons.
- They then can select the font
- Finally they can select a background image.

Additional Panel/Quote Colors

I can see font and pin map colors but what about panels.
The current range fits and does well, was thinking having a range like the warning yellowish works.
How about having for each one a lighter shade and a darker/bolder shade.
Example in a word doc version of some offline stuff I have GM warnings and notes, I use 3 colors
Yellow, amberish and a one in between.
This helps with important, Note this and DO NOT FORGET distinction.
For quote block
Maybe not as wide a range as I dont think it would be needed but sometimes having multiple entities speech broke up into colours would be good, especially in read backs.
You'd know who says what and what voice to use by the color.
Again similar stuff in my offline notes, I have my GMie voice text blocks in purple (like the note panel) and if 2 NPCs are present for example id color one light blue etc
So maybe a red, green, blue, purple, yellow like the current panels in addition to the normal grey one?

To add to this, I would like to have the ability to change the color and font of individual portions of text, like you can in Microsoft OneNote. Having different blocks of text shown in different fonts/colors can greatly help with note taking. I'd REALLY like to be able to have the ability to do something like the following in LK. This screenshot is from some programming notes I have in OneNote and I'd like to be able to use colors/fonts to differentiate things in LK in the same way
Chits and Cats
Could we add custom colouring for dice? Many games use different coloured dice...
