Create the possibility when designing the calendar overall of a month that does not have a set number of days. I don't mean a leap year, which is still a set number of days just on a more complicated schedule, but a truly variable month. Some years it is 20 days, some years 30 days, etc. Ideally this would be done without requiring that you specify the number of days in each year (so that a 3,000 year history does not need 3,000 entries), but would allow you to customize the number of days in a specific year that was important.

Would be great to be able to add a Date block on an article, and an option to add items to a timeline with a search of Date Block and tag filters (for example, any article with a date block and including the tags 'event' and 'Kingdom of Thisplaceland' gets added to a 'Thisplaceland timeline'). This would make building timelines from article workflows very easy and dynamic

Please add a way to change the month abbreviations, similar to the era abbreviations. Months in my calendar system look identical to one another because automatic abbreviations reducing my months to their similar prefixes and makes it impossible to differentiate the months in Gantt view.

Most calendars have a feature to focus on current date through a single click. It would be great to be able to set a current date and focus on that date immediately.

Sometimes the deep lore of a setting includes events in deep prehistoric past that can't be reliably nailed down to a specific year (whether a straight-up "???" way or "Thousands of years ago" way), before they emerge into more concrete history, and it would be nice to be able to represent those somehow.

I have only one forward era, starting "year 0". Before this "modern era", I have two "backward era", from -100.000 to -3500" and from "-3499 to -1" Is it possible to have multiple "backward eras" to handle this ?

Add the option to make reoccuring events in the timeline such as festivals or days of worship that always fall on the same day after their initial founding day. So for example on a specific date a city was saved and then each year on that day on they have a festival to honour the sacrifices of the fallen.

It would be great to be able to add a short block of descriptive text to accompany timeline events. Some (many) of my events don't need a whole page, but do need a little more description than just a title. Being able to put in a couple of sentences or a short paragraph to accompany the title would add a lot of depth to Timelines (and would display very well in the List view).

if possible i'd love to be able to have timelines able to go further back than 1440 bce. i've got lore that goes back to the big bang that i'd like to include on a timeline, but i can't with the current limits.
